1. Scope of Services

915 Web Design LLC agrees to provide the following services to Amorican Home Health Services LLC:

A. Consultation & Strategy

One kickoff session to define marketing objectives, flyer messaging, and overall campaign goals.

B. Design & Development

Flyer Design: Custom bilingual (English/Spanish) brochure designed for field marketing, clinics, and events. Size: 8.5” x 5.5” (or specified size).
Landing Pages:
- Basic Home Landing Page introducing Amorican Home Health Services and its core services.
- Dedicated Landing Page for flyer QR code with inquiry form and/or Google My Business redirection.
Content Creation: Copywriting and visual layout aligned with VA-related services and veteran care marketing.
QR Code Creation for flyer integration.

C. Technical Support

Domain registration for 1 year from today.
Hosting setup for 2 landing pages for amoricanhomehealthservicesllc.com (standard hosting included).
Email setup for one domain-based email account for 1 year, starting from today (hello@amoricanhomehealthservicesllc.com).
Lead inquiry forwarding to the designated email address.

2. Timeline

Standard delivery is within 2 weeks from receipt of the deposit and all necessary content. Expedited delivery may be available upon request and team capacity.

3. Revisions

Up to 3 rounds of revisions are included. Additional revisions will be billed at $100 per round.

4. Payment Terms

Total Cost: $1,750.00
Deposit: $875.00 (50%) due upon signing to initiate work.
Balance: Due upon final delivery and prior to files being released or site being made public.

Payment Method: Credit card, ACH, or Zelle.

5. Client Responsibilities

Client agrees to:

Provide necessary content, logos, and existing materials promptly.
Review and approve design drafts in a timely manner.
Handle printing through their preferred provider (if needed).

6. Ownership & Licensing

Upon full payment, all final deliverables become the property of the client. 915 Web Design LLC retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
